Payment Options: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Orders, Personal Check (will process after check clears), and Wire Transfers (call for bank routing code).

Shipping: We are able to ship most merchandise within 24 hours of receiving your approved order. Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer via UPS when weight and size allow, otherwise from a common freight carrier. No COD orders. Delivery: At the time shipment is received, please check entire shipment for visible damage. Make notation of shortage or damage on all copies of the freight bill. Open cartons immediately to check their contents for possible damage. If damage (hidden or concealed) is discovered, save the carton, request inspection report immediately from the carrier. Concealed damage must be reported and inspection requested within 48hours.

Freight Information: Due to our large sale volume, REDDS has negotiated discounts with some common carriers. Customers receiving their shipments from one of these common carriers will receive a discount on their shipping costs. Products marked free freight are shipped prepaid within the Continental USA.

Delivery Information: Normal shipping does not include inside delivery or unloading. Truck drivers are not required to provide unloading assistance. To avoid any unnecessary delays, be sure to have proper help to unload your order at time of delivery. However, if you need assistance with the unloading, or power tail- gate/lift-gate, REDDS can arrange for this service for an additional fee.

Handling and Shipping charges: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Call or e-mail for quote on truck shipments. Deliveries to North Carolina are subject to 7% sales tax.

RETURN POLICY: In the event you need to return an item, Merchandise may be returned in its original carton within 14 days, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please call our customer service at 1-888-417-7337 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Sorry, used items, custom manufactured and made to order merchandise are not returnable.
